This project completed in 2021, involved the replacement of an existing cinder track & natural turf field with synthetic turf & track. The project required significant grade changes and a major retaining wall w/ CIP ramps, railings and staircases. The new grading also required significant earth export and the addition of major new storm servicing infrastructure including a large infiltration gallery. The synthetic turf field was built to FIFA Quality Standard and is surrounded by CIP concrete turf anchor. The Class 2 track is a sandwich system. The project is lit with high-mast sports lighting, serviced from a new precast utility bunker. Other amenities include spectator bleachers, benches, goals and electronic scoreboard.
