Completed in fall of 2021 this passive recreational park space involved the construction of the following: • Custom water themed natural playground including a lighthouse, boat, whale and puffins. • Fitness Trail with a variety of both traditional and parkour style fitness stations. • Tennis / Pickleball Courts – complete with perimeter fencing and acrylic painted surface. • Full size basketball court complete with acrylic painted surface. • A large, flexible, open lawn space with a perimeter walking loop. • Constructed Wetland – part of the park’s overall storm water management system. • Woodland Planting Areas – compensation planting including habitat structures. • Parking Area complete with permeable pavers. • Site Furnishings including a shade structure, seating, and interpretive signage.
