Completed in 2023, this new soccer complex comprises of 7 full-size soccer fields, including three artificial turf fields built to FIFA Quality Standards, with one field also holding a World Rugby Certificate, and four natural turf fields. Two of the natural turf fields are constructed with subdrains, irrigation and a custom blended growing medium. The complex also includes an industrial-style 7,000 sq ft clubhouse building that harmonizes with the project’s overall landscape design, which is enhanced by a surrounding concrete plaza covered by a 4,000 sq ft shade canopy. Sport amenities include water filling stations, fencing around the fields, backstop netting, viewing platform, 5 electronic scoreboards, spectator bleachers and players benches with shade canopies. The complex is fully illuminated and features a pond for effective rainwater management. Additional facilities include a parking lot and thoughtfully designed landscape areas, with trees and shrubs planted throughout the site, enhance the overall vitality and aesthetic appeal of the complex.
